The carrier may ask for medical records, schedule a paramedical exam or come back with a different rate class than the quote showed. When that happens, your agent already knows your situation. They explain what changed and talk through your options, such as adjusting the coverage amount or the term length, before anything is final.
Staying small also means we don't take on more clients than we can follow. We would rather answer your call ourselves and remember what you told us last time than pass you down a line of people reading someone else's notes.
